The property was very cozy and conveniently located right by the beach. I enjoyed the beach towels provided, which made my beach days easier. The friendly staff ensured a warm atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable. The partial ocean view from the room was a delightful surprise, creating a peaceful backdrop each morning.

The property features a beautiful private beach just a short walk away, and I loved leisurely strolls to Sea View Park, which provided a perfect spot for picnics and relaxation after exploring the area, making my stay truly enjoyable and memorable.

Parking situation is a real headache!!! Also disappointing to find locked coffee areas, leaving guests without access. Fix these issues for a better experience!!!

we had a fantastic 10-night stay at by the sea guests bed & breakfast and suites. the cozy atmosphere was amazing, right by the breathtaking beach. beach towels were conveniently provided, making our beach days a breeze! breakfast was simple but delicious, with pancakes and omelettes that got us ready for the day.

The beach was pristine and raked every day, truly adding to the charm. Breakfast in the enclosed deck with abundant windows was delightful, and the owners provided exceptional hospitality. However, the lack of outdoor seating by the beach and limited parking made things a bit challenging, and the decor felt slightly dated in places.

What a fantastic stay! I loved relaxing on the beach loungers and enjoyed the beautiful sun terrace, it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. A minor hiccup was a bit of a steep step off the back deck, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

I had a double room (306) and it was so comfy! The whole place was clean and you could open the windows to get in that awesome salt air. I loved the ocean sounds you could hear all day. It was neat learning about the history of this B&B too, like how they brought it over from Nantucket! Super cozy vibes overall.
